New to the George & Dragon – Serenity Wines!
Charles and Ruth Simpson of Serenity Wines produce an eclectic range of interesting wines in an environmentally friendly fashion that have won critical acclaim over successive vintages.
It all began in 2002 when they bought Domaine de Sainte Rose with an ambition to create outstanding wine. We promise that the wines they make will both surprise and delight you and that they will change your mind about the Languedoc region's ability to produce exceptional wine. The wines they supply are fantastic examples of their type and we are delighted at the George & Dragon to be exclusively attached to such a prestigious house.
